Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

V7 Build 449-454 – September 27, 2007 - Full Release Version

General Changes:

• A change was made to the store selection within the Machine area.
• The Archive Agent merge routine has been optimized to improve performance.
• The QuickBooks Interface group map now support 3 options: classes, income account and both.
• Users now have a hide fields selection screen to customize their viewable fields. Other custom options include moving the placement of fields and field width changes.
• The number of databases contained within one directory has been increased to 8192.
• The security area of the software has been implemented.
• PLU software data check now only checks changed items.
• If an item is on sale and the user saves the PLU file the price the regular price will not be overwritten. The current price within the file will be retained.
• The RKP area has been enhanced for both the 2000 & 6000. Users can now define default key options. There is a right-click jump to option. The number of templates has been increased to 50 for both registers and those templates are global to all machines with the current data directory. Exporting and importing options are now divided by keyboard and templates.
• Scroll options are now available within the program area of the software.
• Custom export/import options were added throughout the software with templates to store commonly used export/import options.
• There is a use *.csv default option for exporting and importing added to preferences.
• Users can save/send programs from within the maintenance area.

Sam4s Changes:

• The 2.02K and 2.02N has been added to the software.
• The PLU stock report via scripting now works correctly. In the past two reports were selected.
• The sps2000 software now support PLU reports not sending item descriptors from the register.
• The Memory Allocations program will now save correctly save a send. Two programs are used for this area - one for saving and one for sending. In the past they could overwrite each other.
• RKP: Copy & paste of custom descriptors now works. Users can also, now filter on PLU fields within the Quick Key Code area. Lastly, the screens have been centered for ease of viewing.

Sharp Changes:

• The 600/700 will now correctly send the preset program.

CASIO Changes:

• The 1.4x IPL has been added for the QT6000.
• The 4500/3000 scan file can now be saved/sent/maintained and polled.
• Not found PLU was added to the program area.
• Program broadcasts were added for the 7000/8500/6000.
• Enhancements were made to the IRC reporting to save time.
