Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

V7 Build 415 - May 15, 2007 - Full Release Version

General Changes:

• A cost field has been added to all PLU maintenance areas.  This option will be used in conjuction with the new PLU Report Module - coming soon.  The cost and price fields can be used to mass update one another based upon a percentage markup/margin
• The Comm History area now correctly displays X/Z polling options along with a start and end time
• A minor change was made to the numbering system for polling scripts.  Please verify your scripts are correct.  This change should only affect a small number of customers, but it is recommended all users verify their events
• V7 Inventory ~ The preference for margin and markup is now correctly saving
• V7 Inventory ~ Additions were made to the Vendor Items area to help users more quickly populate the Vendor data fields.  A menu option was added to create vendor items for PLUs.  A menu option was added to mas link vendor items to inventory items.  A validate routine was added to the Vendor Items area
• QuickBooks Interface ~ the verify routine on the customer map was enhanced
• General form close routines were enhanced

Sam4s Changes:

• Native TCP/IP polling was added for the SPS2000. Please read over the configuration documentation before beginning communications
• Fixes were made to the PLU by Class and Group reports for multi-price levels
• The 2.01N ROM was added to the software for the SPS2000
• The key reset option was fixed to correctly clear the key on the SPS2000 keyboard
• The Sam 7000/2000 now supports negative check track values
• The Sam 7000/2000 EJ report option screen now only lets users select one register at a time to poll.  The EJ report is not consolidate-able

CASIO Changes:

• CASIO 6000 ~ a change was made to the PLU hash area
• CASIO 7000 ~ 1.4x a change was made to correctly look at the general features area for the daily report
