Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

V7 Build 317-322 - September 15-22, 2006 - Full Release Version

General Changes:

• The copy machine and copy store functions were updated to allow users to copy a record when nil (null) value fields exist.
• The Data Check routines were updated to decrease record verification times when items are linked to V7 inventory. 
• The PLU copy routine was changed so that the onsale flag and on sale price values are not copied to new records. 
• The initial release of auto archive is included in version 321.

TEC 1595 Changes:

• The timing on the 1595 script reporting has been increased to allow for longer loading times.

Sam4s Changes:

• A change was made to the 7000/7040/2000 PLU delete routine.  The delete was added to the send list along with a prompt letting users know that IRC systems must by synchronized.  Deletes do not broadcast across and IRC.  
• On the SPS2000 ROMs D and G were added to the software. 
• The RKP area has been enhanced to support rapid programming of icon keys.  The previous access violation has been corrected.
• The KP print field on the 2000 PLU status group program has been fixed to save correctly. 
• Enhancements were made to the 2000 time keeping report for viewing purposes.
• The date / time stamp on the 2000 financial report has been corrected to display the polled date.
• Price level 5 was added to the software for the sps2000.
• A zero skipping change was made to the 7000 emp. time report. 
• A fix was made to the 7000 PLU template area.

Sharp 600/700 Changes:

• A log write command has been changed on 600/700 program sends.  On longer program sends the log file was not being properly set and access violations could occur. 
• A change was made to the software to correctly send direct keys level 2-5 when the 1st level is set to 0. 
• New reports were added to the 420/410 in a previous version of the software.  This changed the report list indexing system.  Please be verify your scripts are linked to the correct report item.  Also the report list has been updated in build 322 to include all 16 report types.

CASIO Changes:

• The software has been modified to accommodate both expanded and standard code formats for UPC-E and EAN-8 codes for all CASIO registers.  Expanded codes will need to be manually entered, however standard codes can be entered and the software will automatically pad the number on a Scan PLU send. 
• Changes has been made to the CASIO reporting area.  Users will need to install the new version to update their software and report templates.  Scripts will also need to be recreated. 
• The Void Table report has been added. 
• General enhancements were made to the CASIO programming areas such as browser pop-ups on the PLU detail and auto calculating the record number field within the Cashier area.
• CASIO report names have been extended for clarification.
• On the 7000 hourly report, the Gross and Net values were switched.  That is now corrected.
• General corrections have been made to the arrangement table programs.
• Negative report values were saving incorrectly.  That has now been corrected.
• Z counters were added to the CASIO reports.
• General formatting enhancements and group totals were added to the employee time report.
• Decimal values now display correctly on the PLU stock report.
