Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

V7 Build 156 - October 20, 2005 - Full Release Version

General Changes:

• The V7 PLU area now supports filtering and searching on both user class numbers and names.  Customers currently using classes should run a verify on their PLU/UPC files in order to populate the class name fields.
• V7 PLU template area supports filtering and searching on both user class numbers and names.
• General enhancements to the user entry area on PLU sale.
• A export change was made to remove the consolidate headers when exporting in DenView500 format.
• An esthetic change was made to the data path area.
• If users click on the consolidate button, without selecting a report, the last report is automatically selected.

TEC 1595 Changes:

• Consolidate operations were completed on the 1595.
• Added 1595 PLU by Department report.
• Corrected send changes only command to allow users to send other programs after the changes have been sent.
• All 1595 standalone reports now display the word 'standalone' on the top of each report.

Sam4s 7000 Changes:

• Updates were made to the 7000 WLU maintenance area.
• Enhancements were made to the functionality of the 7000 copy, paste, delete, mass create, add and mass update areas to allow users to more quickly manage their PLU file.
• The clock in and out values were removed for the 7000 Time Keeping report, as they are not sent from the cash register.
• Corrections were made to the 7000/7040 keyboard save and send.
• The 7000 string report programming area was added to the software.
• The 7000 logo area no longer sends extra, blank lines.

Sharp 600/700 Changes:

• The 410/420 price category report was added to the software.
• 410/420 DenView export exports level 2 prices.
• Enhancements were made to the functionality of the 600/700 copy, paste, delete, mass create, add and mass update areas to allow users to more quickly manage their PLU file.
• Correctly save and send PLU KP values on the 600/700.
• The 600/700 now supports the save/send of PLU menus.
• The 600/700 now supports the save/send of the customer program.  The current send will only edit existing customers.  The replace file send is in developement.
• The 600/700 now saves Z counters.
• The 600/700 now saves/sends Date Time.
• The 600/700 now saves/sends Dynamic UPC files.
• The 600/700 now supports zero, positive, and negative stock values.
• A fix was made correctly display Sharp 700 GT values on the transaction report when individual register reports are taken.
• The 600/700 save/send of Tax Table was added.
• The 600/700 programs now save and send in alphabetical order.
• Enhancements to the 600/700 PLU and Department send changes only routines.
• Changes were made to the 600/700 PLU/UPC sending routines to accommodate faster and slower PCs along with smaller and larger PLU files.
• PLU and PLU by Department consolidate changes for the 600/700 to work with enhanced values.
• V7 Sharp 600/700 now fully supports enhanced report data: combo, waste, refund and coupon values.
