Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

Build 175 - July 14, 2003

General

• Overall interface enhancements to improve performance.
• Total inventory value figures were added to the Preferences area.  The display includes LIFO, FIFO and Weight Average values.
• Many report enhancements including the addition of a Zero Sellers and consolidated On Hand reports.
• Ability to save the On Hand report to a file.
• The ability to import department numbers and names has been added to inventory.  The departments cannot be exported back to polling.  
• The ability to deactivate items by setting the to 'Inactive' status or reuse items numbers by setting them to 'Dead' status.
• Importing blank and zero values for the profit percentage fields within Items will now import as blank values.  In the past the values were being set to zeros.  
• Minor changes to the physical inventory file import options to restrict users from importing negative and zero values.  The import will also check and if the cost per unit is needed and the field within the file is empty the last cost per unit with be inserted.
• General enhancements and corrections to the PO area.
