Polling Software Advancements and Corrections by Build Number

6.2 Build 056 - June 23, 2004 - Full Release Version

General Changes:

• A modification was made to the software to export the report Poll Date in place of the Ecr Date when the Ecr Date is not supplied by the register.
• A Price Change button has been added to all PLU Sale maintenance areas.   This button allows users to quickly update sale prices on items already grouped within a sale.
• A new logging feature has been added to the software to capture communication transmissions to a text file.

Samsung Changes:

• Sam 52xx Roms 3.0/3.1 were added to the software.
• Sam 600 Roms 2.3-2.4 were added to the software.
• Database defaults were created for the Sam 600 for NLU, Date/Time, Comm Options, and Tare Weight programs.
• The 650R Rom 1.5 keyboard has been implemented.
• A change was made to the 600 keyboard program.  When the keyboard program is saved from the register the key descriptors will be read from both the NLU and Function Key tables.  Users can override the default descriptors manually, however, they will be reset whenever a keyboard save is executed.
