Build 547 and 564 - September 17, 2001 - FULL RELEASE

GENERAL Changes

Users now have the option to save reports in the following formats:

1. RTF (can be viewed in Word).
2. Excel Format.
3. HTML Format.

Note: Saving as any of these will cause some loss of formatting but the data will still be present and readable.

• A column sort was added to the All Polls area.
• Changes were made to free memory within the program
• Multi-select export was modified to not export the last selected report twice.
• A minor change was made to the Version Six report viewing area to correct permission errors.
• When Program Selector is open with no activity, it closes without errors.
• Added ability to hit the Enter key when searching on program maintenance grid.
• Send a Program and Save a Program automatically close the Comm Window when user closes the Program Selector.
  

TEC Changes

1350 Changes

New Detail forms were added for the following programs:

• Other
• System Options
• Group
• Print Line Item Name
• Store/Com Message
• Tax Table 

Error Checking was added to all detail forms.

Ability to use the “~” character to denote double size text.

FS1450/MA1450/FS1650/MA1650 Changes

The following programs were added:

- PLU add/change
- PLU preset price change
- Salesperson
- Department preset price change

A print preview was added to PLU along with the ability to sort by PLU Name from the PLU maintenance grid.

New detail forms were created for the Hourly Range and Financial Report Item maintenance areas.

The date/time program values are no longer overwritten.

A feature to send the computers’ date/time was added.

Additional MA1450

Customer file Send was added.

Additional FS1650

• Customer file Send was added.
• Sending large programs to Additional registers in IRC was fixed.

Additional MA1650

• Customer file Send was added.
• Sending large programs to Additional registers in IRC was fixed.
• PLU program saves and sends are no longer limited to 1200 records.

TEC 2600 Changes

The following programs were added:

• PLU add/change/delete
• PLU preset price change

The following reports were added:

• Emp Clock In / Out Daily
• Emp Clock In / Out Weekly
• Emp Clock In / Out Monthly
  

• The ability to sort by PLU Name from the PLU maintenance grid was added.
• The date/time values are no longer overwritten.

SHARP Changes

The 450 register was added to the program including full file saving, sending, and maintaining capabilities.

CRS Changes

• The 3.04 ROM was added.
• The 3.05 ROM was added.
• The 2.21 ROM was fixed to allow users to view financial and cashier reports without receiving an access violation.
• Minor corrections were made to the function key maintenance area.

SAMSUNG Changes

The following ROM’s were added to the Samsung 650:

• 3.3 – 4.0
• 4.3

The following ROM’s were added to the Samsung 1000:

• 3.24
• 3.35

The following ROM’s were added to the Samsung 6500:

• 2.31
• 2.37

Additional Samsung 650 Changes

An Inventory Export button was added to the PLU maintenance grid.
