Listing and Reporting Toolbar

On many menus in PC/POLL's Version 6 Polling, the user can select an option that will display a listing of all of the entries in the field. At the top of this screen will be a toolbar that will look like this.

Zoom to Fit

Selecting 'Zoom to Fit' will resize the viewing options so that one page will fit completely on the screen.

100% 

Selecting this button will resize the image so that the picture on the screen is the actual size of the report that will print.

Zoom to Width

Pressing 'Zoom to Width' will alter the picture so the width of the displayed paper will equal the width of the screen.

First Page 

This button will take you to the first page of the listing.

Previous Page 

Pressing 'Previous Page' will display the page prior to the one currently displayed.

Next Page 

Hitting this button displays the next page in the series.

Last Page

Selecting this button will automatically display the last page of the listing.

Printer Setup

Pressing this button will display the current printer setup for the computer's default printer.

Print 

Pressing 'Print' will automatically print a copy of the entire report using the default printer.

Save

Selecting this key will display a screen requesting what name the list should be saved as and where it should be saved.

Load 

This button will display a screen asking the user to find the location of a previously saved list.

Close 

Selecting 'Close' will shut the current list window.
