the polls that have been taken from all of the registers. A toolbar is displayed
at the top of the table. For more information on the toolbar functions:click

Clicking on the Print button will print the selected poll on the
default printer. (To set or change the default printer, click the Start button
in windows. Then choose Settings, then Printers. When the window opens, right
click on a printer. Click on ‘Set as Default Printer’ in the menu to toggle this
setting. A checkmark should now appear in front of the desired printer.)
Clicking on the Print button will print the selected report in PC/POLL's
Version 6 report format. The top of the report will include information about the register, date
and time the poll was taken, type of poll, etc.

Export
Exporting will automatically save the information in the report to a text
file. After clicking on Export, a
window will appear displaying the name and location of the file containing the
information. To change the format of the report, return to the main menu. Click
Setup, then Preferences, and select the File Names tab. Choose the desired report format.
Consolidate
The program displays this window when the Consolidate button is clicked. All
of the information will be blank. Select the Date Range, Store Range, Machine
Range, and Poll Info. Poll Type can be set to All, X, or Z. Poll Area can be set
to All, Area 1, Area 2, Area 3, or Area 4.

Click OK on the consolidate screen and the consolidated report will be
displayed. When the report is closed and if “Export to File” was originally
checked, the program prompts for the location and file name of the report file.
(If a name of an existing file is chosen, the information will be appended to
the end of the file.) After closing the report, the consolidate report is
deleted from Version 6, and the only record of this information is in the
exported file. To view a consolidated report again, redo the report or open the
exported text
file.
Note: In builds prior to #301, the date format must be set as month, day,
year (mm/dd/yyyy) in order for the Consolidate option to function properly.
