Archive Agent- Archive Data from V6 and V7 Products

PC/POLL SYSTEMS offers two archiving tools: V6 Archive Agent and V7 Archive Agent. 

V6 Archive Agent is a complete file management tool for ALL Version 6 software products: Polling, Inventory, PC/Capture and QuickBooks Interface V2.

V7 Archive Agent connects to V7 Polling and the QuickBooks Interface V3.  Access to the program is from within the V7 Polling module.  Archive Agent must be purchased separately.

V6 Archive Agent: Build #2.0 — March 16, 2005

V7 Archive Agent: Build #1.0 — April 19, 2005

  • Connects to Polling, Inventory(V6 only), PC Capture(V6 only) and the QuickBooks Interface
  • Archive and restore data files
  • Creates backups
  • Archive to a local directory or select a custom path such as a network drive, pen drive, or external hard drive
  • Delete data files
  • View old archives (V6 only)
  • Email archives to your dealer or support@technology4retailers.com for help or troubleshooting
  • Email archives to another location for backups
  • Email archives to corporate for corporate viewing
  • Merge routine allows users to combine data from multiple locations
