Occasionally, warning messages like the two pictured below will appear during an update of the PC/POLL Software. Every time a new release code is entered, the software checks to make sure that the user has not created machines that they have not purchased. For example, the first message appears when a user has created machines for manufacturers (Sharp, Samsung, etc.) that are not included in the package that he or she purchased. The second message appears when a user has created more machines than they have purchased (3 registers instead of 2, etc.).
