The Got Error Key Violation error message is displayed when the CommLog databases are corrupt. To fix the problem, send the CommLog files (CommLog.DB, CommLog.PX, and CommLog.MB) to PC/POLL support for repair. Otherwise, delete these three files from the folder named V6_TEC_Data, V6_CRS_Data, etc. The default location for these folders is the C:\Program Files\PCPOLL SYSTEMS\. NOTE: Deleting these three files will permanently lose all of the past communication logs for Version 6!
