The Samsung registers can only display the Clerk Time report values in quantities of 100 units or 60 minutes. By default the register is set for 100 units, but PC/POLL uses 60 minutes. To get the correct values to display on these reports, change the register settings. Go into the Maintenance area of the software and select Print Options. Check the HHMM option and send this change to the register. (The option is located near the bottom of the center column – see the picture below.)
