Users CANNOT send the Cashier file to the TEC 2600 if any employees are clocked in. Version 6 tries to do an initial program send on the Cashier file, versus an update, and thus rewrites the file completely. If this file is sent while employees are clocked in, the registers will not allow additional time in and time out operations. To fix this error, do a status clear at the register(s) and clock out the employees.
