On most systems, VERSION SIX DATA will be the only entry in the window!
$2109 error = Cannot load IDAPI32.DLL
Interface mismatch. Engine version different.
Got Error. Interface mismatch. Engine version different. Can not find DB.
Program will terminate.
Cannot open Borland Database Engine.
tempforcalendar, database alias not found.
Solutions:
1) Click Start | Settings| Control Panel, and select BDE Administrator (Borland Database Engine). The path at the top of the screen should be the same as the one pictured below. (C:\PROGRAM FILES\BORLAND\…)
2) In the left window, locate VERSION SIX DATA and click on it once. If the
listings are not expanded, click on the plus sign (+) next to Databases.
On most systems, VERSION SIX DATA will be the only entry in the window!
3) Locate the PATH area on the right side of the screen. The correct setting
for the PATH is C:\VERSION SIX DATA\ (see above). If it says this, close the
area by pressing the X located in the top right hand corner of the screen. If it
does NOT say this, complete the instructions that follow.
4) Click once on the side of the box that reads 'C:\Version Six Data. A
button with three dots (…) in it will appear. Click on it.
5) Locate the VERSION SIX DIRECTORY and double click on it. Make sure that the area labeled 'Directory Name' displays the path of the directory. Click OK.
6) Back in the BDE Administrator, select Object from the toolbar, and then choose Exit. Click YES to save changes.
7) Close all programs and reboot the computer. The system should now be set to run from the correct directory.

If both of the above options do not work, please uninstall the software and reinstall the full version. Access the uninstall routine by going to the Start, Programs, PCPOLL SYSTEMS menu.
